Early in 2015, Realogistics International Group Co., Ltd. (Realogistics Hong Kong) was commissioned by an important customer to provide comprehensive logistics support for its arts show in Hong Kong.

IV. Transport modes: Express mail goods/general cargo import/doorstep delivery

V. Logistics services:

1. From February - March 7, 2015, responsible for consolidating goods to the warehouse of Realogistics Hong Kong.

2. On March 8, 2015, delivery of “oculus lighting large light” to the show venue under the customer’s direction.

3. March 13-14, 2015, providing handling space for goods classification, cartonning by batch and souvenir preparation by the site official of the customer and delivering designated goods to the show venue under the customer’s direction.

4. Upon closing of the show, responsible for transporting the goods back to the warehouse of Realogistics Hong Kong.

VI. Difficulties in operation:

1. In light of diversified transport modes and complicated goods categories during consolidation, Realogistics Hong Kong allocated consolidation warehouse in advance and properly arranged/managed warehoused goods.

2. Faced with different arrivals, even temporary notifications of arrival sometimes, Realogistics Hong Kong managed all arrivals in an easy, rapid and professional manner.

3. As the space of the site for de-consolidation was greatly occupied by massive waste, Realogistics Hong Kong made cleaning in a timely manner, maintaining a sound storage and operation environment for the arrangement of subsequent goods.
