RDC, i.e. Regional Distribution Center, is an operation model with special characteristics emerging along with the booming of third party logistics. Its function is to collect goods directly from supplier clients (mainly are manufacturers), provide storage and shipping services as well as high-frequent messy distribution services for the suppliers.
