In May 2015, Realogistics International (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“Realogistics Shanghai”) once again received the order from the important customer to sponsor the whole-process transportation of articles for TOTAL BWF World Championships 2015.

1. Tournament duration: August 10-16, 2015

2. Transport routes: SHA - CGK 【by Ocean】

3. Tasks: Whole transport process ranging from ATA Carnet application, international/domestic whole-process transport, repacking and storage of goods, import/export customs clearance till local land transport and delivery in Indonesia.

4. Difficulties in operation:

As Indonesia set limits over products imported from China, and the foreign receiver was just an association, there resulted in complicated and prolonging document preparation for import/export; On the other hand, Indonesia was not an ATA member until that coming May 15th, which limits ATA application.

Discussions over multiple solutions finally led Realogistics Shanghai to the decision that no application would be made until Indonesia became a member. Finally, an expedited application was made and approved at an unusual speed and the goods were delivered to the gym before the tournament successfully, well recognized by the customer.
