In October 2013, Eagles Air of Henan Meijing Group successfully completed the full acquisition of Mooney Aviation Company in the United States.

Mooney Aviation Company is an aircraft manufacturing company, with a history of more than 80 years. Up to now, it has been manufactured and delivered more than 11000 aircrafts around the world, the total flight time is more than 40 million hours, and there are still more than 8000 planes are under used.

Eagles Air is the first aircraft manufacture company enterprising the general aviation experimental zone in Zhengzhou, and the Eagles Air Industrial Park Project which was invested by it has already started at last October 28, which is expected to produce 260 Mooney aircraft each year after it put into production.

In November 2013, Realogistics and Zhengzhou Eagles Airlines Co., LTD formally signed a cooperation agreement. Realogistics rely on its strong logistics system and professional transport capacity to provide trade agent and logistics transportation services for its partner.
