1.         Quotes expires on Apr. 30, 2016

2.         All rates will apply for both west coast warehouse origin and east coast warehouse origin.

3.         All rates are for 3-5 lb packages. If weight of a package is over 5 lb or below 3 lb, please contact us to request a new quotation.

4.         Rates for destinations outside Zone 1 to 8 are not included in this quotation form. If the final destination is in Zone 9, Zone 11 to 13 (defined by USPS, include but not limit to Hawaii, Alaska etc.), please contact us to request a further quotation.

5.         Average transit time for DHL SmartMail Parcel Plus Ground service is 3-6 business days. Unexpected delay may happen due to unexpected conditions such as but not limited to bad weather, strike, etc.

6.         Rates will apply according to the real package weight including both the package and the cargo itself. All the packages are charged in 1 pound increments. Any fraction of a pound is considered a whole pound. For example, a 3.1 pound package is considered as a 4 pound package when delivering.

7.         Rates include Delivery Confirmation at no additional charge. If signature confirmation service is required, an additional $3.50 service fee will be charged.

8.         Parcels exceeding 50 inches in Length + Girth, which is (Length + 2 times Width + 2 times Height) will be upgraded to Priority mail and will receive a $1.00 surcharge.

9.         Products not eligible to ship as Parcel Plus will be billed at USPS Priority Mail retail rates.

10.      A service charge of $1.00 USD per piece will be assessed for mail processed via Selective Routing & Distribution, sent USPS Priority Mail. To all shipments ineligible for the SmartMail product, including non-qualified content, non-qualified weights, and non-qualified physical characteristics, a $0.45 per piece surcharge will be applied.
